Free AI visibility audit
Public pricing, no “call for a quote”

What it actually costs.

Start with the free audit. It tells you whether your current site can be fixed or should be replaced. Sometimes the honest answer is “keep what you have,” and we will say so.

The auditFreeSee exactly where you stand

Free. We ask five AI engines the questions local drinkers actually ask and show you who gets recommended instead of you, with screenshots and a one-page scorecard.

The comparison nobody puts in writing

What a typical tasting room pays now

Most rooms we audit pay for four or five of these separately, and they still do not talk to each other. Your numbers will differ from anyone else’s. Add up yours before you compare.

  • A website builder subscription, plus a theme and a plugin or two

  • A reservations platform, usually per-cover or a flat monthly

  • A ticketing platform taking a fee on every ticket you sell

  • An ecommerce or club platform taking a percentage of every bottle

  • Whatever holds it together: a spreadsheet, and someone’s evening

Stave is $149 a month after the build, with none of those percentages. We are not going to pretend we know your exact stack. Bring the invoices to the audit call and we will do the arithmetic with you.

FAQ

Straight answers about money

How much does a winery or brewery website cost?

A custom Stave build starts at $6,500 one-time, then $149 a month for hosting and the platform. If your current site is salvageable, fixing it starts at $1,500 one-time. The audit that tells you which of those you need is free.

Why is the build more than a Squarespace subscription?

Because it isn't the same thing. A local agency quotes $8,000 to $15,000 for a brochure site with no reservations, no ticketing, no club, and no POS sync. Squarespace is a few hundred a year and gives you a site plus four more subscriptions to run the actual business. Stave is a designed site with all of that included.

What does the $149 a month include?

Hosting, and the whole platform: menus and the TV menu board, events and ticketing, reservations, lodging with Airbnb and VRBO calendar sync, the club and its member portal, forms, and the page editor. It is not a separate charge per feature.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. Not on tickets, not on bottles, not on club shipments. Card processing is through your own Square account at your own rate, paid straight to you.

Am I locked in?

Hosting is month-to-month. There is no multi-year contract and no early-termination fee.

Is the audit really free?

Yes, and you can take the findings elsewhere. It takes us about twenty minutes to run. We publish anonymized examples as teardowns so you can see exactly what you'd get before asking.

Find out which one you need.

The audit is free, takes about twenty minutes, and ends with a recommendation — including “don’t rebuild” when that’s the right call.
