STAVE
Websites & software for taprooms and wine bars

Everyone else's labels, listed right.

Taprooms, wine bars and bottle shops pour what other people make. Stave builds the site and the system that keeps a rotating multi-brand list accurate, credits every producer properly, and gets your room named when someone asks an assistant where to drink tonight.

What a multi-brand list has to do

01

Credit the maker

Every pour carries the brewery, winery or cidery that made it, with its own style, ABV, region and logo. Producers notice when a room lists their beer properly, and so do the people deciding where to go.

02

Change twenty times a week

A keg blows mid-shift and the list is wrong until someone fixes it. Tap and glass-pour changes happen from a phone behind the bar, and the website, the board and the printed menu all read from the same list.

03

Answer "what's on tonight"

That is the only question most visitors have. It gets answered on the first screen with hours, the current list and tonight's music or trivia, structured so Google and the AI assistants can read it too.

04

Sell past last call

Bottle shop inventory, memberships, event tickets and gift cards run through the same system as the list, wired to the till so a bottle sold at the bar leaves the website inventory too.

Rooms this suits

Guest-tap taprooms

Twenty lines from twenty breweries, rotating constantly. The list is the product, so it has to be right on the site before it is right on Instagram.

Wine bars

By the glass, by the bottle, by the flight, from producers across a dozen regions. Guests want the list and the hours, not a PDF from last spring.

Bottle shops with a bar

Retail shelves and a few taps, which means two inventories that need to agree with each other and with what is actually in the cooler.

Collective spaces

One roof, several producers, shared events. Each brand keeps its own identity on the site while the venue keeps one calendar.

FAQ  Common questions from taprooms

Do you work with venues that don't make their own drinks?

Yes. Taprooms, wine bars, bottle shops and collective spaces all qualify. The work is the same discipline as a producer site, with one difference: the list belongs to other people, so attribution and accuracy matter more.

How does the tap list stay current?

Staff update it from a phone in a few taps, and everything downstream follows: the website, the digital board, the printed menu and the structured data search engines read. No retyping the same beer in three places.

Can it connect to Untappd or our POS?

Usually. Potential connections include Untappd, Arryved, Square, Toast, Stripe and Google Business Profile. Where a connection does not exist, I build it for how your room runs.

Will the producers we pour get credited?

That is the point. Each pour is attributed to its maker with style, ABV and origin, which is better for them and better for you, since specific listings are what search engines and AI assistants can actually quote.

Tell me about your room.

Twenty rotating taps and a dozen producers is a different job from one estate. The number comes after the conversation.
