STAVE

The Stave platform

One system, written for beverage businesses.

Stave is the commerce and content system under every site I build — club, events, store, tasting room, and reporting in one place. It isn't licensed software bolted onto your site; it arrives with it, shaped to how your place runs.

01  What's in it

Visits

Reservations, events and ticketing. Sold online, scanned at the door, capped at what the room actually holds.

Club

Members, tiers, preferences and allocation releases, from sign-up to pickup, without the paper binder.

Shop

Products, orders and payments wired to your shipper. Sells only where compliance allows and never oversells the last case.

Pours

Wines, beers, ciders and meads as readable pages, whether that is vintage, batch or pressing. Updated from a phone, legible to machines.

Content

Pages, posts, media and forms anyone on staff can edit. Plain forms, no developer on call.

Reviews

Ratings and reviews collected on your own pages. Social proof search engines can see, rather than proof locked in an app.

Stay

Bookings, units and guest guides for places with rooms, cabins or a field that hosts.

Reports

What sold, who visited and what is due to ship. The numbers that matter on one screen instead of six exports.

Health

Web vitals, uptime and SEO audits watched continuously, so the site is quick before the big drop rather than after it.

02  Potential connections

Built to fit how your place already runs.

These are systems Stave can wire into: the till, the shipper, the club platform, the mailing list. Which ones your build gets depends on what your place already uses.

When your operation needs something none of them do, that is the advantage of a one-person studio with its own platform. I build it.

03  Why it's built this way

Included, not upsold

The platform arrives with the site. No per-module pricing and no feature tiers, so a build gets what the business needs.

Fast and accessible by default

Server-rendered pages, real HTML and WCAG standards from the start. Quick on a hilltop signal and readable by every visitor and every crawler.

Yours to leave with

Your content and customer data export cleanly. Care is month to month, because the work should keep you rather than a contract.

FAQ  Common questions about the platform

What is the Stave platform?

A commerce and content system built for craft beverage businesses. It covers club memberships, ticketed events, the online store, wine and beer pages, reviews, guest bookings and reporting, delivered as part of a Stave build rather than licensed separately.

Is the platform a separate monthly fee?

No. The platform arrives with the site, with no per-module pricing or feature tiers. Ongoing care is a separate month-to-month arrangement with no lock-in.

Can it work with the systems we already use?

Usually. Potential connections include Stripe, Square, Toast, Arryved, Ollie, Untappd, Commerce7, WineDirect, Vinoshipper, Mailchimp, Google Business Profile and Facebook Events. Where a connection does not exist, it gets built for how your operation runs.

Who owns the content and customer data?

You do. Content and customer records export cleanly, and the work is meant to keep you through quality rather than contract.
